The estate sits at around 1,000 metres in the Munduk highlands, on a steep forested slope. Every villa is reached by a suspended access road that runs through the canopy without touching the forest floor.
HMK started on site in July 2025. By May 2026 the land platform, the suspended road and seven of the eight villa structures were complete, and architectural finishing is now under way, with handover planned for December 2027.
The resort is designed to run on its own water: drawn from mountain springs, treated and reused on site. That makes the infrastructure and MEP scope central to the project, not an afterthought.
