Who we are
PT. Hamengku Karya (“HMK”, “we”) is a general contractor and MEP company at Jl. Pasung Grigis 3, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@hmk.id or +62 361 2100009.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or use the cost calculator and send us the result:
- your name and, if you give them, your company, email and phone or WhatsApp number
- your project details: service, location, budget, timing, the message you write and the calculator figures
- the page and language you wrote from
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep the messages and notes of the conversation.
To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it, and we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one day to limit repeated messages.
With your consent only, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and approximate location). Clarity is set to hide what you type into forms.
When you book a call through Calendly, the booking details (name, email, phone, time and your answers) are added to our CRM.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare estimates and proposals (steps you ask for before a contract)
- to manage our relationship with clients and partners in our CRM, and to share enquiry records with GSJ Hospitality for management oversight (our legitimate interest in running our business)
- to keep the website secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest)
- to understand and improve the website, only if you accept analytics cookies (your consent)
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- GSJ Hospitality, our partner company in the same group, which receives a copy of enquiry and client records for management oversight
- service providers that work for us: Jagoan Hosting (website and CRM hosting, Indonesia), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (spam check), Cloudinary (images), ExchangeRate-API (exchange rates in the calculator), Calendly (call bookings), WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there, and, with your consent, Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity)
- AI tools that help our team research prospects and keep the CRM up to date (Anthropic)
- authorities, when the law requires it
Some of these providers are outside Indonesia, mainly in the United States. We transfer data only to providers bound by contract to protect it to a standard at least equal to Indonesian law (Law No. 27 of 2022), and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are anonymised after 6 months without contact: names, contact details and messages are removed, and only anonymous statistics are kept. If you become a client, project and financial records are kept for as long as Indonesian law requires. Google Analytics keeps data for 14 months; Microsoft Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days and statistics for up to 13 months.
Cookies and similar storage
- Essential: your cookie choice, and the calculator’s exchange rate (stored in your browser)
- Analytics, only with consent: Google Analytics (_ga cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk cookies)
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or pause its use, withdraw consent, object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to info@hmk.id. We reply as quickly as we can and within the time the law sets. You can also complain to the Indonesian data protection authority. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR and can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. The CRM is open only to named HMK staff and to authorised automated tools, each with its own credentials, and every change shows who made it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us their details, write to info@hmk.id and we will delete them.
Changes
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
